Jefferson Awards for Public Service
In 2006, of 74 Jefferson Award winners from around the country who came to Washington, DC for the national ceremony, Holly was one of five to win the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award for Outstanding Public Service in recognition of her work as a sexual assault advocate and to develop Holly's House. It is the highest recognition a Jefferson Award winner can receive and is considered the ???Nobel Prize??? for public service in America. CONGRATULATIONS HOLLY!!

Wedding Romantics
Holly and Jacob Pendleton were married on October 22, 2005 in Sarasota, Florida. Missing Hurricane Wilma by 1 day they were still married on the beach. They honeymooned in St. Lucia. A reception was held in Evansville, Indiana on November 19, 2005 at the Evansville Country Club in honor of the newly married couple.
